Even in the winter the construction continues! Cold weather is not stopping the construction of the new MSU Surplus Store and Recycling Center as work as has continued throughout the winter. While all of the exterior framing has been completed now 95% of the exterior masonry has also been finished. On the interior is where most of the work is being done as, liner panels have been installed on part of the interior walls, electrical conduit has gone into the masonry and the interior masonry walls have continued to go up in the MSU Surplus Store processing area and storage area. Rough plumbing is going in underneath the mezzanine level where HVAC and electrical panels are being installed. On the exterior many of the overhead doors have been installed and most of the translucent Kalwall panels have been installed. In the main office are the framing for the interior walls has mostly been completed and next week should see more floors being poured in the MSU Surplus Store processing area.
Remember to keep checking back for more updates! Also don't forget that we have a compilation of all of the constructions photos available. We would also like to thank Irish Construction Company who has been very gracious in allowing us access and keeping us up to date with the progress of construction.
